Job title: Missions Intern With Kingdom Multiply
Job description: Kingdom Multiply is a network of churches, businesses and leaders who are dedicated to multiplying disciples and churches through equipping everyday people to thrive in their calling - to work while making disciples in their harvest field. The Missions Intern is a support role in one of our partner church locations. The Missions Intern will assist in operational activities of the missions ministry as well as responsibilities related to our growing network. There will also be a weekly discipleship commitment for the development of the ministry and character of the intern. Duties of the position would include the development of Missional Community leaders, as well as other leadership development roles, support of missions opportunities, personnel management, and other task related to the discipleship of individuals. Ultimately, a top-notch Kingdom Multiply Intern should be highly organized and thrive under pressure.
Essential Duties:
Supporting the Missions Pastor and responding to project requests and responsibilities.
Providing administrative support to Kingdom Multiply personnel or projects as needed.
Assist in the development of Missional Community Leaders.
Serve in the Leadership Development of missions personnel and other growing leaders.
Develop and assist in various missions opportunities, including organizing and planning.
Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Excellent problem solving and written/oral communication skills.
Have the ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent

Weekly Hourly Commitment: Up to but no more than 30 hours a week Monday thru Sunday. *
